Insurance
Effective March 2025: I am not currently accepting new insurance-pay clients and am only accepting new cash-pay clients. I do offer monthly superbills to support clients seeking reimbursement for sessions through their out-of-network benefits.
 

Other payment and scheduling policies
I offer a free, ~20-minute phone consultation for all interested clients to help us determine our therapeutic fit.

All new clients joining an existing group or a new group with an extended duration (3+ months) are asked to attend one to three individual session at the standard rate prior to their first group session. All new clients joining time-limited groups will be asked to attend one free, 20-minute consultation prior to group admittance.

I require 24 hour notice prior to cancellation and I offer one free late cancellation annually in the case of illness or other unforeseeable barrier to attendance.
