Psychodrama workshop for personal growth and transformation

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity tap into the energy collected around a group of people gathered for transformation that reaches beyond the individual and into all aspects of human systems. Psychodrama transcends individual therapy, reaching into the realm of systems theory, mutual aid, mysticism and community healing so that your personal growth is amplified and shared with the whole of human society.
We will begin by warming ourselves to spontaneity and vitality and then direct that energy into group-selected psychodrama. We will then do a classical psychodrama and close with sharing, integration, and an optional walk through the Arboretum.
This is a personal growth workshop, not a therapy group, and is so best suited for participants who have a strong support network they can lean into for further integration and containment after the workshop is over.

Have you started learning more about your inner child (or inner teenager) and found you are at a loss for how to approach these parts as an effective internal leader? In this workshop, you will learn some fundamentals of internal family systems, human development, and how to balance authority and warmth to be an effective "parent" to your inner children.
This workshop will be deeply informative to those who have not yet been exposed to ethical or effective parenting strategies and will leave you feeling empowered to lead your internal system with humane, effective, and concrete leadership tools.
